How long will my carpets take to dry ?

Accepted Answer

They will be left slightly damp and will dry naturally throughout the day (usually around 2 hours) - But this does depend on carpet fibre type as some fibres take longer to dry than others (Wool for example)

What type of machine do you use ?

We use a van-mounted professional carpet & upholstery cleaning system which is only to be used by trained professionals like ourselves

Having a van-mounted machine allows us to keep a lot of clutter out of your house and also allows for minimal disruption as our machine is powerful and loud

Do you move any of my furniture ?

Accepted Answer

We do not move any heavy or high-value furniture (TV units/Console tables/Display cabinets/bookcases etc) - We ask that all small pieces of furniture are removed from each room prior to our arrival, to ensure a smooth clean

How often should I get my carpets cleaned ?

This depends on a few things, such as the number of people living in the property, pets, carpet fibre type - But on average we would say annually

Are you insured ?

Yes - We are insured for all services we offer

Do you need to visit my property to offer an estimate ?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, no we do not need to complete a home estimate. This is because of the way technology is nowadays, we are able to ask you for photos/videos of the information we need to complete the estimate. Of course though, if you'd prefer us to complete a home estimate, this isn't an issue
